My name is Tracy McCord, and before I learned how to control anxiety my life was a complete mess all the time. I literally had to quit my job and keep myself locked indoors at all times because I was so filled with fear that I was practically afraid of my own shadow. Thankfully I have a very nice husband named Jim who was able to support me throughout this entire ordeal.
I know that not everyone has a lot of support and help when learning how to control anxiety, so I want you to know right now that it’s not mandatory to have a lot strong support staff on your side because you really can do it on your own. Let me now tell you a little bit about what I experienced as I was living through day-to-day panic attacks and anxiety.
Do You Want To Know How I Felt Before I Learned How To Control Anxiety?
When an anxiety attack would really kick in it would practically immobilize me to the point where I was shaking so uncontrollably that I couldn’t calm my body down at all. This would be met with an excessive amount of sweating and my heart would literally feel like it’s beating so hard that it might break my ribs if it doesn’t slow down.

But for me, the worst anxiety symptom that I ever experience is the feeling that I am about to collapse or pass out. When the adrenaline rush of an anxiety attack kicks in it literally makes my knees knock and I feel like I’m about to fall down because my body get’s so weak that it’s hard to hold myself up. This is what it feels like to experience a panic attack, and I truly would not wish it on my worst enemy that’s how difficult it really is.
What’s The Solution About How To Control Anxiety?
Everybody is obviously different, but for me there was only one solution that showed me how to control anxiety. And that was the Panic Away program that I accidentally found on the Internet. I can do all of the things that I used to do before panic attacks took over and began running my life. I used to love to go out jogging each and every morning, but that all stopped when I started having panic attacks. Now that I don’t have them anymore I love to go out jogging every day and it’s honestly my favorite thing to do when I am starting my day.
I also get to enjoy going to the movies and going out on dinner dates with my husband Jim because I don’t feel uncomfortable sitting in restaurants anymore for a long period of time. I don’t worry about getting panic attacks in the movies anymore or when I’m waiting on line to get in the theater. So that’s a definite plus and it makes my life so much easier and more fun.
