You may not have known this already about stress statistics, but the six leading causes of death are lung ailments, cirrhosis of the liver, accidents, heart disease, suicide and cancer. If you regularly experience a tremendous amount of stress each and every day then you are a lot more likely to experience one of these terrible problems because Americans typically do not know how to handle their stress the right way and they allow themselves to become overwhelmed by all of the things that happen in their day-to-day lives.

Unfortunately there are other developed nations in Europe and other countries like Australia and New Zealand where the people are starting to become victims of the stress statistics too because they are unknowingly following in the American’s footsteps. So the world really needs to take a look at stress and figure out a way to manage it better because it seriously needs to be lowered in most people’s lives or they are going to die young and they are going to experience a very unfortunate end.

So really take this message seriously because I don’t want to see you get hurt even further from your panic attacks and you must allow yourself to relax more often and live a life that is much more stress-free.
